Fun Kid Photos
Wanted to share some of these great pics of the kids from the last month or so...
The boys each got a dental check up this month, and the dentists let each of the boys "watch" up close while the other one got his exam. They both loved the experience-- we didn't know if it would be a rough time (with the horror stories you sometimes hear about kids and dentist visits), but they loved it and each checked out A-OK!
While we were out of town, there was a great kids' center where the boys got to go to classes, but their favorite part was playing on the playground, including this great ball pit!
Another "perk" of the hotel we stayed at was unlimited hot chocolates-- Ethan most definitely got his daily ration and felt like such a big man sitting up and drinking fancy hot chocolate!
The kids had a great time swimming (the hotel had an indoor pool complex)!
Maranatha loved splashing and just getting to walk around in the water
...that was a new experience for her.
Baxter, true to form, was enamored with getting as far back as we would let him and running and jumping into the kiddie pool- he is such a little daredevil! He cracked us up with his enthusiastic jumping.
Ethan's favorite thing was getting into the hot tub. He wouldn't go back into the kiddie pool after feeling how great the hot tub felt!
Some good friends recently came through Istanbul, and it was SO good to get to visit with them and get to hug on each others' kids!!!
