Virtual bike ride
On our bike ride this morning, Ethan & I decided to do a photo-bike-ride for you to be able to see different parts of our campus. The first person we saw was an old man doing tai chi. We see this all over campus every morning- it is a very popular way for older Chinese people to stay flexible and healthy.
We rode to the center part of campus, where we saw this girl quite early in the morning sitting near the pond studying, even though this is vacation week.
This sign is on all the trash cans on campus. English is often mis-translated for public signs and they end up with sentences sounding like this one:
Ethan had fun running up and down (and up and down, and up and down, you get the idea...) this beautiful hill at the front of our campus.
After meeting some friends and playing with them at a park (I'll do another post about that), we returned home to our apartment. Ours is the one all the way to the top left- on the 6th floor.
Hope you enjoyed the ride as much as we did!
