Coffee

One of the reasons we moved here was so that Doug could help manage a coffee roasting business, so I thought I'd share a few pictures of the "operation". Here's the Roaster with the roaster:

...and yes, the "perks" of this job are nice... the coffee is utterly delicious!

i hope you don't mind if i leave a comment here but...oh you lucky, lucky girl. does your husband need an apprentice? my husband is an adept learner. i'm sure he'd catch on quickly.

What a perfect place for Doug to work! He has always been a coffee lover. That is awesome! I can say that since I'm one of his "coffee buddies"!

My husband would be so jealous. He's the coffee connesseur (sp?) at our house, but I do join him for an occasional cup IF we have good flavored creamer in the house. =)
