2007: WHAT A YEAR!!!

Well, we have come to the end of 2006, and here we are in the exact same place physically that we were one year ago: in the great land of Texas!

Spiritually, emotionally, and all the rest, we are in a very different place than we were a year ago... we've moved around the world, added a family member, had our world stretched, and gone through culture shock more times than we'd care to recollect. Though we've had a lot of change and a measure of uncertainty (especially lately), God has been faithful to us and this has been an incredible year for us, and hopefully has been for you as well.

Many of you have asked about what we're doing now. We are waiting for an appointment for Doug and spending time with family and friends. We are praying for a diagnosis so that we can return to our home in Central Asia. What an unexpected treat, though, to get to be with our families for the holidays. We hope your Christmas has been as special as ours has been.

Blessings to you all for a wonderful 2007, from our family to yours!!!
