A Day at the Lake - pt.2

On Thursday of this last week, we headed up to the mountains for a day at a lake about 2 hours away. The fall foliage was incredibly beautiful- it looked like puffs of orange and yellow smoke rising up through the pine trees.

Ethan's jacket was the same color as the brilliantly blue salt lake.

On the way back down the mountain, we passed many things: a man on horseback with a camel and baby camel (don't know the proper term for this: maybe calf?)... vendor stands selling wild mountain honey, and riders taking herds of horses and sheep down into the valley.
